We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable first impressions through professional and personalized service.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
Accurately input, modify, and manage reservations using hotel systems
Promote hotel facilities, services, and upsell room categories to maximize revenue
Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, promotions, and packages
Ensure all guest information is recorded correctly and confidentially
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operations
Deliver service in line with IHG’s True Hospitality service culture
What do we need from you?
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service (hotel experience preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar reservation systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell effectively
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
