Description:
Description International Customer Group Leader Responsible for leading the long-term strategy with buying groups and discounters engaging with markets and leading the annual negotiations
Tasks
Create and execute a sustainable strategy to support Kenvue broader business objectives with global customers (such as Carrefour)
- Create a vision and strategy as to how to engage with international retailers and maximize negotiation outcomes in multi-level negotiations.
- Map out different scenarios and risk/benefits for Kenvue with each position.
- Seek inputs from and final alignment key Kenvue stakeholders across markets and regional teams.
- Engage with CBI and external organizations to understand the future development international customers.
Create and execute a sustainable strategy to support Kenvue broader business objectives with
Buying Groups (such as GRS & Patinvest):
- Create a vision and strategy as to how to engage with buying groups and maximize negotiation outcomes.
- Map out different scenarios and risk/benefits for Kenvue with each position.
- Seek inputs from and final alignment key Kenvue stakeholders across markets and regional teams.
- Engage with CBI and external organizations to understand the future development of buying groups.
Buying Groups and Buying Organizations day-to-day operations management
- Lead the relationship with key European Retail Alliances (or Buying Groups) and negotiate annual agreements with local Kenvue alignment
- Lead and support markets in creation of negotiation strategies with International Buying Organizations or international customers to maximize benefit for Kenvue in Joint Business Plan's.
- Manage scorecard processes and monitor ROI on investments with country teams.
- Maximize use of counterparts available via data partnerships and resulting category projects
Candidate profile required;
1.) University degree in Business administration or respective studies
2.) Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG, customer development
3.) Strong analytical skills to support s trategic thinking & solid global viewpoint
4.) Team player & demonstrate leadership to engage with stakeholders across markets.
5.) Strong written & oral communication skills and presentation skills.
6.) Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities.
7.) Fluent in English.
8.) Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point
