The Sr Manager, E& PS Acquisitions & Divestitures is accountable for managing and tracking the progress of the project execution and risk management. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the playbooks are up to date based on lessons learned and standard methodologies.
This role is responsible for leading the E& PS A& D project executions for all regions and segments. This includes understanding the end-to-end E& PS A& D model and leading its deployment on each deal. Key to these responsibilities will be to implement the framework, processes, tools/templates, and own the value delivery, providing A& D leadership, mentorship, and council to the regional project DRIs, individual integration teams, and oversee implementation deliverables, as appropriate.
A suitable candidate will have strategy development and strong project management experience across the organization, with measurable, financial, quality and cycle time results.
Key partnerships include Real Estate, Project Delivery, Engineering & Design, and Facilities Management in all regions as well as EHS, IT, Risk functions.
