Currently we are looking for Innovative Medicine (IM) Senior User Access Management (UAM) Integration Manager to join the IM Principal Operations organization.

As a Senior Manager overseeing both UAM strategy execution and program management, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the IM User Access Management transformation initiatives within the IMUAM team. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation, and supporting the governance and delivery framework for large-scale strategic initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder influence at all levels, and operational expertise to ensure the program’s success and organizational maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Program & Transformation Leadership: Develop and oversee the UAM transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and enterprise risk management. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects within the team, ensuring milestones, scope, and quality are met. Support the UAM governance frameworks, including standards, policies, and performance metrics to track progress and accountability.
• PMO & Portfolio Management: Establish and manage the team project portfolio, coordinating multiple workstreams and multiple S4 programme collaborations. Ensuring resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across initiatives. Drive project scheduling, budgeting, and management reporting, ensuring transparent communication of status, risks, and changes. Facilitate benefit realization and post-implementation reviews to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Engage executive sponsors, senior leadership, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, visibility, and support for the program’s strategic objectives. Lead cross-functional teams across global locations, fostering collaboration and clear communication to address challenges and optimize outcomes. Influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and resource commitments.
• Operational Excellence & Governance: Define and implement standardized processes, workflows, and controls to ensure effective execution and compliance in UAM operations. Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes across projects and operations. Establish KPI dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational performance, compliance, and project health. Support Change Management & Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in transformation programs, or PMO roles, with at least 5 years in people management
• Program Management: Expert knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management best practices
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, complex initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of access management frameworks, SAP S/4HANA, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop actionable strategies, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suitable for senior executive interactions
