Finance Manager IMPO Inventory & Costing (Zug, Switzerland)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory controlling, accounting and reporting of gross-to-net inventory position for the IM Principal Companies, including internal and external manufacturing sites across all Regions.
• Liaise very closely with Business Partners of different functions such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Tax, Trade Compliance and influence business decision on inventory and efficient financial product flows implementation.
• Facilitate the process for inventory adjustments and product destructions, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles as needed.
• Coordinate and lead the activities for inventory physical counts.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, harmonize and standardize activities and implement digital solutions to increase efficiency while shaping the cross-country team.

The role reports to the IMPO I& C Senior Finance Manager and includes the supervision of a virtual team.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in finance/economics with +6 years of proven experience

Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)

Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills & ability to interact all management levels

Ability to work independently within a virtual organization

Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines

Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English

Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop
