Position Overview:

As the Finance Manager, you will serve as the Company Controller, ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency while managing critical financial operations. You'll oversee financial accounting, reporting, audits, compliance, and lead the Finance SOX program. Additionally, you will partner with R& D and Operations to align financial strategy with innovation and lead the implementation of advanced financial systems (CFIN) for V-Wave Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Leadership & Strategy:
  • Own the end-to-end financial process operations.
  • Lead projects to enhance financial systems, including NetSuite initiatives.
  • Drive the CFIN implementation for V-Wave Israel to improve financial insights and decision-making.
  • Act as the Finance Business Partner for R& D and Operations teams to promote data-driven decisions.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  • Oversee the financial close activities, reporting, and submissions to global platforms.
  • Manage audits and statutory reporting while collaborating with the Tax organization.
  • Optimize cash flow management, hedging processes, and currency impact analysis.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and lead critical risk assessment activities.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee forecasting cycles, including P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning.
  • Support cost accounting and inventory models to enhance financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless financial operations

  • CPA with a Bachelor's in Economics and Accounting.
  • 3 years in a Finance Manager/Controller role within global companies (medical device preferred).
  • 3-4 years as a Senior Financial Analyst.
  • Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm in Israel.
Your Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
