We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team in Sundsvall, Sweden.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing modernization projects, from tendering to project close-out, with a strong focus on the margin of the project, Customer Satisfaction, and Risks Management.

What will you be going:

• Organize and plan projects, monitoring and controlling progress and budget, managing Risks & Opportunities, Variation Orders, Claims, and customer/supplier relationships.
• Ensure projects are executed in full compliance with ETO (engineering to order) Process, making critical decisions on technical comments raised by customers.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring on-time delivery and effective reporting to management.
• Master Project Risks & Opportunities, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential impacts on project performance.
• Take full responsibility for Project margin deviation, providing accurate margin estimates and proactive measures to prevent negative margin deviation.
• Drive customer relationships through proactive communication and key stakeholder engagement.

What are we looking for:

You are a proactive and driven individual with a passion for project management and a desire to make a significant impact. You hold preferably engineering degree in electrical/mechanical field and some years of professional experience in a similar role. You are fluent in Swedish and English. You thrive with customers and collaborate effortlessly with different internal and external stakeholders. You are solution oriented and a great team player!
