RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accept, embrace, and promote the following Core Values of Core Natural Resources: Safety, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant control processing equipment.
• Repairing steel cable and fabric conveyor belts.
• Machining (lathe, milling machine, etc.).
• Welding/fabrication.
• Hydraulic work (hydraulic motors, pumps, etc.).
• Equipment operation (forklifts, man-lifts, etc.).
• Understanding plant designs and processes with plant equipment and facilities.
• Reading and/or using blueprints and schematics.
• All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a work ethic that allows him/her to demonstrate his/her ability daily with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work in adverse conditions including, but not limited to, extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, snow and wind, as well as frequent contact with grease and dirt.
• The successful candidate must possess or obtain Wyoming Mine Foreman certification within one year of accepting position.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Plant and/or general heavy maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
