RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accept, embrace, and promote the following Core Values of Core Natural Resources: Safety, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement
• Perform all assigned maintenance and repairs on mobile mining equipment.
• Clean and make minor repairs to maintain fuel station and lube truck.
• Perform welding, as assigned.
• Operate lube truck.
• Properly complete daily reports.
• May be assigned to other maintenance groups to repair and maintain other equipment.
• Participation in SABERS program.
• All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a work ethic that allows him/her to demonstrate his/her ability daily with minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work in adverse conditions including, but not limited to, extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, snow and wind, as well as frequent contact with grease and dirt.
• Must demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Three years relevant experience, completion of applicable technical school training in mobile equipment, maintenance, repairs and welding or a combination of experience and training
