We are looking for individuals who: Have a Bachelor's degree in human relations fieldHave at least 1 year of professional-level experience in human relations or related field is preferredAre CompassionateEnjoy Helping OthersAre EmpatheticAre Caring The Role: Provides non-clinical services in assisting families by monitoring/following up, linking, referral, advocacy, and crisis intervention. Hours of Work: M-F 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM Schedule could be M-F 11: 00 AM - 7: 00 PM What you will do: Conducts thorough and comprehensive case management assessments that identify the individual strengths and needs of each clientSynthesizes assessment information to prioritize problems that can be addressed by available services and resourcesCoordinates and collaborates with clients and the therapist to develop personalized, achievable goals, objectives and interventions that promotes self-relianceMay perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human relations field requiredMinimum of 1 year's professional-level experience in human relations or related field is preferredCompletion of a pre-employment drug screenCompletion of a background checkSatisfactory Driving Record If you meet the above qualifications, this is the role for you!
