Your Role: Implementation & Support Specialist
As an Implementation & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in setting up and supporting B2B eCommerce platforms for our valued clients. You will work closely with experts from all areas of the company, ensuring a seamless onboarding and support experience. We empower and encourage creative thinking to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This is an in-office opportuntity, and we are based out of Port Talbot.
What You'll Do:
- Client Onboarding & Support – Guide customers through platform setup, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work alongside knowledgeable colleagues across departments to deliver a cohesive and effective client experience.
- Software Development Request (SDR) Workflow – Oversees the processing of SDRs giving clients visibility while setting up the bespoke development tasks for development team.
- Release Management – Oversee customer upgrades, ensuring environments are properly aligned and formal client signoffs are secured when differences exist.
- Process Innovation – Identify opportunities for improvement and drive new, more efficient implementation strategies.
- Quality Control – Working with development team to ensure functionality added to the platform works as expected and aligned with customer expectations.
- International Experience – Gain valuable exposure working with a diverse range of customers across multiple projects of varying complexity.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Support – Deliver implementation services for Commerce applications, assisting in setup, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting for both customers and internal teams.
- Client Collaboration – Work closely with Implementation Consultants to ensure seamless onboarding and configuration of B2B eCommerce solutions.
- Timely Issue Resolution – Address client feedback logs promptly, ensuring that timelines and expectations are met.
- Platform Advocacy – Promote and champion the adoption of newly developed features and functionalities, ensuring customers maximize the value of the platform.
- Knowledge Development – Contribute to building internal expertise on Commerce applications, providing insights and best practices to strengthen company capabilities.
- Ongoing Support – Provide internal and external support for Commerce applications, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Resource Flexibility – Assist in supporting live customers when demand exceeds available resources, ensuring continued service excellence.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Strong technical acumen
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- MS Windows applications (i.e., OS, Office, etc.)
- MS SQL strongly desired
- MS IIS knowledge would be a bonus.
- ERP knowledge (Customer/Prices/Products/ Order processing) also a bonus
