Job Description
Wisconsin Built, Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator in Deerfield, WI. This is a full-time position.
Specific Activities · Takes ownership of all aspects of project assignments · Prioritize daily activities with ability to multi-task · Works closely with other departments to meet customer needs; PM, Purchasing, Tech Services, Production and Shipping. · Learn and Communicate critical dates and timelines · Be proactive not reactive · Complete initial Project Set Up in ERP System; project location, project contacts, sales order, create part numbers as necessary, accurate costing in part creation and sales order entry, etc. · Help with any material take-offs as needed, working with the PM team. · Working with PM/AM to manage project including truck requests, pick slips, Sales order maintenance, invoice documents and any other duties to support the PM / AM. · Complete and maintain all required paperwork · Complete special projects as assigned
