Direct Support Professional (Float DSP) position at Vista Care.Core Responsibilities Location: Winnebago County Multi-Program Coverage & Travel Average starting wage is $18-$18.67/ hour based on a premium pay/ blended rate model and schedule + Daily Pay option Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep. Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP). Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records. Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
