We are seeking a Patient Accounts Representative that is bilingual in English and Spanish to:
- Use your medical billing knowledge and excellent customer service skills to answer all billing related questions while collecting from patients to ensure patient satisfaction and meeting UW Health's self-pay collection goals.
- Assist patients to ensure swift resolution of outstanding balances by providing information regarding billing practices, policies, and patient billing statements.

Qualifications
- No minimum education Required
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- Experience with customer service, insurance, finance, or medical office Preferred
- UW Health Revenue Cycle experience Preferred
- Epic Experience Preferred
