Work Schedule:

Full-time, 100% FTE day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8: 00am - 5: 00pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Ophthalmology Supervisor to:

• Assist with leading the daily clinical functions of the clinic including maintaining clinical standards and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Work alongside outstanding physicians, fellows, residents and medical students.
• Provide a safe and comforting atmosphere for eye care patients of all ages.
• Assist with optometry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience as Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Required
• 2 years of leadership experience Required
• 4 years of leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Upon Hire Required or
• American Board of Opticianry Upon Hire Required or
• National Contact Lens Examiners certification Upon Hire Required
• Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT) Required or
• ABO Masters Required
