Description:
Work Schedule: 100%, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm. You will work at the General Internal Medicine and Family Medicine clinics in Beaver Dam, WI.

We are seeking an
Office Assistant to:
- Manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Assist with patient referrals and obtaining outside patient medical records, contributing to smooth clinic operations.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, and handling incoming calls for the medical records department.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to improve workflow and patient care efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic visitors, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Work Experience- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Preferred
