Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm. You will work at the Junction Road Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant:
Who Has: - Strong passion for Endocrinology
- Clinical rotations or past work experience in Endocrinology
You will also: - Provide care primarily to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and/or general endocrine disorders.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an outpatient setting
- Participate in the daily functions of the Diabetes Management Service.
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree from accredited PA Program Required
Licenses & Certifications - Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice Upon Hire Required and
- Active PA board certification Upon Hire Required
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire Required
