This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm plus an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation. This will be discussed during the interview process

We are seeking a Unified Communications Associate Engineer to:
  • Build, configure, and support the various unified communications solutions including IP telephony, voice mail, video conferencing, web conferencing, and instant messaging.
  • Assist with the development of initiatives by working directly with clinical and operational personnel to implement services.
  • Identify opportunities, provide recommendations and alternative methods to enhance the patient and family experience, and improve cost efficiencies, performance, and productivity.

Education:

Minimum - Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree).

Preferred - A bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Demonstrated success in troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in technology

Preferred -
  • One year of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
  • Two years of relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project Management, Analytics, or Monitoring.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred - CCNA/CCNP or equivalent UC/Network Certification.
