Work Schedule: This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. Hours will primarily be Monday - Friday daytime hours, however the flexibility to have a presence with staff during other shifts is highly desired. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an
Emergency Department Technician Supervisor to:
- Plan for and provide a staff schedule which meets patient care needs.
- Assist in communicating department/leadership decisions and policies to staff and physicians.
- Facilitate the flow of information from medical staff to the other department staff regarding patient care procedures and new equipment.
- Recruit staff members who are in congruence with service excellence and quality patient care.
- Engage in ongoing feedback to the effectiveness of staff members into their roles.
- Facilitate orientation of all new staff and promote ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Medical Technology, Nursing, or relevant clinical science Required
- Completion of AEMT or EMT-P program Preferred
Work Experience
- Relevant experience in Emergency Departments, Hospitals, or other healthcare entities to include EMS Required
- Leadership experience with demonstrated success Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Basic Life Support/CPR Required
- ACLS and PALS certification Preferred
