Description:
Work Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, day shift. This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday hours will vary between 7: 30am - 5: 00pm. Some positions may include regular weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a
Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow to:
- Work clinically and academically with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians and speech language pathologists within the Adult Swallow - Acute specialty.
- Work in a cutting-edge clinical environment at multiple locations throughout UW Health Systems.
- Provide diagnostics, instrumental and non-instrumental assessment, and treatment for Speech-Language Pathology patients within the relevant specialty area
- Receive ongoing mentorship from UW Health's teams of experienced, knowledgeable, highly skilled core staff Speech-Language Pathologists
- Be involved with clinical research and continuing education.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders Required
Work Experience
- In the process of obtaining a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
- Practicum (student) experience in a medical setting Preferred
- Research experience during graduate school Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Wisconsin state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow Required
- Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator Required
