100% FTE, 8/12 hour evening/night shifts, Monday - Friday with no on-call responsibilities. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Provide care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric perioperative patients and their families.
• Evaluate patient's responses to care based on effectiveness of nursing interventions/actions in relationship to established goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

Work Experience

• 6 months of current surgical general care or emergency department experience Required
• 2 years of current independent PACU, critical care, or ICU experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
• CPR certification Upon Hire Required
• ACLS certification Preferred
• PALS certification Preferred
