100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8: 00am - 5: 00pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working on-site across various Dermatology Clinic locations:

1 South Park, 20 South Park, 451 Junction Road and East Clinic in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:
  • Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
  • Coordinate, assign and guide the work actives of the RN staff.
  • Supervise the clinical teams.
  • Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
  • Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum - Two (2) years of RN experience.

Preferred - One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - RN licensed in the state where employed.

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
