Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% FTE day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8: 00am - 4: 30pm, no weekends are required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a
Program Manager - Emergency Medical Services Program to:
- Provide curriculum development and oversight for the Paramedic and EMS education program, ensuring it aligns with state regulations, accrediting standards, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of teaching through various methods, including graduate performance on national certification examinations and student surveys.
- Supervise student selection, provide academic advisement and tutoring, and initiate disciplinary action when necessary. Counsel students on unsatisfactory performance or inability to meet program requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical training and faculty instruction.
- Conduct formal lectures, simulations, and examinations, and work with other allied health staff to improve teaching methods and instructional technology.

Education: Minimum - Completion of a state-approved Paramedic education program
Preferred - Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Healthcare or Education related field
Work Experience: Minnimum - Four (4) years of experience in delivery of emergency care or critical care, including instructional experience in the classroom or clinical setting
Preferred - Two (2) years of experience in teaching through experiential modalities such as procedural or immersive simulation
Certifications: Minimum -
- Wisconsin state licensure as an EMT-Paramedic
- Nationally Registered Paramedic
- WI EMS Instructor II certification or must obtain within six months from date of hire
Preferred - Simulation Certification from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (CHSOS, CHSE)
