Work Schedule:
Full-time, 100% FTE, day/evening shift. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7: 00 AM - 6: 30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to:
- Treat general orthopedic/spine patients of all ages and guide patients through appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs to meet the goals and objectives of their plan of care.
- Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.

- Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
Work Experience
- 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
