Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to:
  • Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving.
  • Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
  • Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
  • Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.


Education:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment
