Description:

Work Schedule:
20%, day/evening shift working 1 - 2 evening shifts weekly scheduled from 5: 00 pm - 9: 00 pm with the potential for the occasional Saturday. You will work at 621 Science Dr. in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:
  • Greet patient and participant, assist with wayfinding.
  • Conduct membership sales and class registration.
  • Handle package deliveries and receipts.
  • Requirements for work include CPR certification (UW Health can provide), general computer skills and comfort learning registration software.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required


Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Preferred
