Description:

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8 or 10-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7: 30 AM - 6: 00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

Pay:
  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $4, 000 sign on bonus. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema and Oncology (OT) who:
  • Enjoys a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach to providing care.
  • Is invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients with oncology and lymphedema conditions in an ambulatory setting.
  • Is motivated by continued professional growth and is stimulated by a culture of clinical learning and teaching in a large academic system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required


Work Experience

  • 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred


Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
