Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an HIM Documentation Services Program Analyst to:
  • Perform documentation quality audits for providers utilizing documentation service programs.
  • Work with operational partners, collaboration with users at varying levels of the organization, perform continual assessment of available application enhancements and new functionality, remain current on literature, attend meetings/conferences, participate in list serves and stay abreast of current research, applications, and technologies.
  • Coordinate IS resources across numerous teams to support application implementation, upgrades, and maintenance/support.
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to gather expertise when partnering vendors with technology solutions and associated proposals inclusive of technology and application design.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in healthcare related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree, in addition to the required experience below Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred


Work Experience

  • 2 years relevant experience Required
  • 2 years or more years lead level or trainer experience Preferred


Licenses & Certifications

  • EPIC Certification within 180 Days Required
  • RHIA Preferred
  • RHIT Preferred
  • CPHIMS Preferred
  • CAHIMS Preferred
