This is a part-time, 30% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 3: 00pm - 9: 00pm, every Saturday and Sunday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
• Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Experience

• Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
