Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Days/Evenings. Hours are from 1: 00 pm to 9: 30 pm Monday through Friday. You will work at the East Madison Hospital.

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador - Bilingual to:
  • Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.
  • **Must be bilingual in Spanish**

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience
  • Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience Preferred
