Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 4: 00 pm - 6: 00 pm. This is a 25% FTE position, day/evening shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking an Exercise Specialist to:

• Supervise the daily activities of the Fitness Gym.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate new members to develop appropriate exercise prescriptions.
• Orient new participants to the rules of the facility.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum -Experience developing and teaching exercise programming to adults.

Preferred -Previous healthcare experience and Computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Current CPR/AED certification.
