We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
- Enter, monitor and report departmental data and information including monitoring bed boards
- Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling
- Work within Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, SharePoint, Word and Outlook for administrative tasks like scheduling, calendar management, policy and procedure updates
- Provide excellent customer service to team members via phone, email or in person, assisting with dispatch and assigning daily work to department staff

Qualifications
- No minimum education required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
