Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities · Strategize with the Outside Sales team and Sales Management to grow our business on focus products. · Build and implement strategic business plans to accomplish company growth goals. · Travel with and collaborate with the Outside Sales team to drive focus products growth with customers. · Strong sales and negotiation skills are required to close deals with customers. · Drive specifications on focus products. · Communicate competitive market information, market share, pricing, and competitive product feedback to make strategic decisions. · Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. · Analyzing sales data to look for trends and opportunities. · Strong communication skills are required both verbal and written for customer interactions, presentations, and internal communication. · Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple projects.
