Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Administrator assists with both administrative duties and Talent Acquisition Specialist duties to ensure candidates and leaders receive the best hiring and onboarding experience. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will demonstrate excellent communication skills and partnership with all parties to help drive the success of the Talent Acquisition team.
This position is located at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI.
What you’ll do
Coordinator Functions:
- Lead the Home Office onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have a smooth, informed start at Schreiber. This includes managing communication and acting as the primary resource for leaders and candidates.
- Oversee the pre-employment drug testing and background check process for candidates across U.S. locations, including plants and the Home Office.
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations by managing all new hire paperwork, including I-9 forms, personnel files, job descriptions, and termination documents, while ensuring all Talent Acquisition policies are followed.
- Organize and maintain department records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring that all partner information is entered correctly into the HR system for salaried and hourly Home Office partners.
- Work with the SFI Global Immigration Specialist to review and resolve I-9 issues and documentation discrepancies.
- Assist in posting job openings on domestic and international job boards to attract global talent.
- Coordinate the Talent Acquisition process, including scheduling interviews, organizing career materials, and managing outreach through social media and advertising in partnership with Corporate Communications.
- Support and sustain the HR system by ensuring appropriate partner documentation or personnel information is entered accurately for Salaried and HO Hourly partners.
Talent Acquisition Functions:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for designated SFI business units, working closely with hiring leaders to define position requirements, business needs, and selection strategies for open roles.
- Oversee all logistics for U.S. Collegiate Career Fairs, including registration and coordination.
- Source and select qualified candidates for internship programs (both year-round and summer) at the Home Office and plant locations.
- Ensure adherence to internal hiring practices, policies, and strategic initiatives.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of HR experience.
- Strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also being capable of working independently when needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Proactive in suggesting and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level).
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- High energy, strong relationship-building abilities, and a positive attitude.
- Capable of effectively promoting the company’s strengths to potential candidates.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
