Job Description Customer Experience Rep I -

Job Summary: Responsible for building positive customer experiences. Complete work in a professional manner by receiving, investigating, processing, and responding to customer inquiries.
Work Location: - This will be a hybrid role connected to our Greenville WI, location.
- Training will take place onsite.
Compensation Information: - Hourly rate of $19.00 plus an annual incentive plan.
What you'll do: - First line of contact for customers or sales reps' inquiries via phone, fax, internet and/or mail
- Partners with associates and/or School Specialty departments and vendors to assure customers' expectations are exceeded.
- Develops customer, vendor, and product knowledge expertise.
- Responds to customers inquiries and follows through to completion accurately and within customer timeframe.
- Provide high quality interactions Diffuses difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
- Receives and Processes customer requests for order processing, documents and form, status of orders, cancellations, catalog requests and suppressions, general product and SSL inquiries
- Partners with the sales team and solicit sale of new or additional educational products or services where applicable.
- Open availability, 7am-6pm. This role may be required to work Holidays and weekends to support our customer's needs.
- Other duties as assigned and required by business needs.
- Consistent and regular attendance and adherence to schedule
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics.
What we expect you to bring to the table: - Ability to key large volumes of alpha/numeric data accurately.
- Ability to perform business math calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Minimum Required Qualifications: - One to Three years customer service-related work experience.
- One year data entry and keyboarding experience.
Education and/or Certifications Required: - High School Diploma or GED
