Trusted for nearly 60 years, Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, has been a global leader in front-end design, development, and manufacturing solutions for highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical technology, consumer products, automotive, and defense. Our expanding Magnesium Molding facility in Eau Claire, WI, is looking for a Maintenance Manager. This role is crucial for leading our team, optimizing machine productivity, ensuring equipment safety, and maintaining the facility.

Ideal Hours: 7: 00am-4: 00pm - but flexible based off of business needs

What You Will Do In Your Role:
  • Leadership and direction of the Maintenance Department, including leadership of the Maintenance Team to include all people management areas
  • Proactively coach and work alongside other leaders to drive results
  • Coordinate and direct maintenance across all shifts to maintain equipment capable of safe and robust processes
  • Coordinate and direct outside subcontractors
  • Assist with procurement and installation of equipment

  • Self-motivated to embrace/define/drive continuous improvement
  • Results oriented person with excellent communication skills, initiative, sense of urgency and personal accountability
  • Experience with supporting business and company changes, while being progressive and dynamic with critical thinking
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, blueprints, schematics, pneumatics and robotics
  • Experience successfully leading multiple large-scale projects
  • Ability to truly engage with the Maintenance Team and collaborate with the Operations team

What will put you ahead: (Basic Qualifications)
  • Two (2) years of leadership experience
  • Three (3) years manufacturing experience

What will put you ahead:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience working with automation, injection molding technology
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with CNC machinery
