Description:
What You'll DoAs a key leader in the Strategic Sourcing organization, you will:
- Execute procurement strategies supporting cost, productivity, quality, customer service, and sustainability goals.
- Develop cross‑functional sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories and leverage enterprise-wide purchasing power.
- Serve as lead negotiator for indirect spend and evaluate/qualify suppliers.
- Drive year‑over‑year cost reduction efforts and ensure continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
- Oversee key supplier relationships and ensure mutual value and performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, specifications, and requirements for capital and service sourcing.
- Lead tactical procurement activities to achieve cost‑savings targets.
- Introduce new product and manufacturing innovations to stakeholders and make strategic recommendations.
- Manage the full indirect contracting process.
- Provide leadership on staffing, training, coaching, and performance management for the Sourcing team.
- Maintain industry, professional, and technical knowledge through networking and events.
- Ensure compliance with Menasha Corporation's Supplier Code of Conduct.
What You BringEducation- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or IT required.
- Master's degree or certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Experience- 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing or procurement.
- Additional relevant experience preferred.

Travel & Work Environment- Up to 50% domestic and international travel, including overnight stays; ability to obtain a passport required.
- Office environment with periodic visits to manufacturing facilities.
