What You'll Do

You'll play a central role in advancing operational and financial performance. Key responsibilities include:
  • Own financial support for multiple manufacturing locations, serving as a trusted business partner to operations leaders.
  • Review monthly plant financials, highlight performance drivers, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, including general ledger reconciliations and close activities.
  • Lead and improve the annual budgeting process for assigned plants.
  • Analyze capital projects, including IRR, NPV, and payback calculations.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize inventory, prioritize investments, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring processes.
  • Support cost accounting activities and physical inventory procedures as needed.
  • Take on special projects for Operations and Finance leadership teams.


What You Bring
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with P& L analysis, forecasting, and planning.
Preferred
  • Master's degree in Accounting, CPA, or CMA.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Cost accounting experience.
  • SAP experience and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Travel & Work Environment
