Essential to this Position

The Product Management Intern will be responsible for assisting the Product Management Team starting in spring/summer of 2026. Our ideal candidate is in their senior year potentially graduating in Spring 2026, with an interest in continuing on to a career in Product Management. Successful Product Managers are multi-faceted with a broad range of interests and skills, including the ability to successfully interface with diverse business functions: Sales, Marketing Communications, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Executive Leadership, and others.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
  • Support market and customer segmentation initiatives to drive incremental business
  • Shadow New Product Development (NPD) projects and support Product Manager lead with project management
  • Assess project feasibility and analyze financial models and project ROI
  • Gather competitive data to understand competitive advantages or weaknesses
  • Review and process quotations for assigned product line(s), modeling downstream production implications while assessing market competitiveness and margin goals
  • Support the product management team with sales opportunity pipeline reporting
  • Develop product knowledge to assist the sales team and assist with product quality complaints from customers
  • Participate in inventory management projects
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline job tasks
  • Support with SKU rationalization and cost savings initiatives


Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related degrees
  • Strong background / knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take risks and develop projects on their own
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
