Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift Flexible Schedule

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible and lead to ensure all company safety procedures and standards are followed.
• Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. Communicating purchase needs
• Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM
• Identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams
• Interact with service vendors
• Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance
• Conducts regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems.
• Actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities
• Provides input on performance reviews
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

• High school diploma

Work Experience Required

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge or industrial maintenance
• 1-3 years of leadership experience

HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE

• 4 10-hour week Mon - Thur or Tue - Fri
• 5 8-hour week Mon - Fri
• 3 12-hour week
