ORBIS Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift Flexible Schedule in Deforest, WI. This is a full-time position, and paying $29.00–$40.50/hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible and lead to ensure all company safety procedures and standards are followed.
- Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. Communicating purchase needs
- Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM
- Identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams
- Interact with service vendors
- Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance
- Conducts regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems.
- Actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities
- Provides input on performance reviews
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Certification
- High school diploma
Work Experience Required
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge or industrial maintenance
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE
- 4 10-hour week Mon - Thur or Tue - Fri
- 5 8-hour week Mon - Fri
- 3 12-hour week
