Job Description
ORBIS Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift in Deforest, WI. This is a full-time position, and paying $29.00–$40.50/hour.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible and lead to ensure all company safety procedures and standards are followed
2. Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility
3. Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. Communicating purchase needs
4. Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM
5. Identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams
6. Interact with service vendors
7. Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance
8. Conducts regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems.
9. Actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities
10. Provides input on performance reviews
11. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification
- Level Required Level Desired Description
- High school diploma or equivalent 2- year technical degree, preferably in Industrial Maintenance
Work Experience Required Desired
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge or industrial maintenance
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- 3 -5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or extrusion equipment
HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE
- 4 10-hour week Mon - Thur or Tue - Fri
- 5 8-hour week Mon - Fri
- 3 12-hour week
