What You'll Do

In this role, you will:
  • Support daily logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
  • Partner with plant teams on material planning, inventory management, and material movement.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.
  • Analyze freight cost, carrier performance, and service levels to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and report key logistics metrics using TMS reporting tools.
  • Assist with implementation and testing of new processes and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across logistics, purchasing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Provide training to plants, suppliers, and internal users on logistics processes and systems.
  • Support carrier payment processes and logistics reporting activities.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and supply chain software preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
  • Understanding of transportation and logistics systems, including carrier networks and cost drivers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work Environment & Travel
  • Office‑based role with regular interaction in manufacturing environments.
  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel; ability to obtain a passport required.
  • May require flexibility outside standard business hours to support operations.
