Description:
What You'll DoAs a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, you will:
- Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries.
- Provides requested financial information to key stakeholders.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and schedules.
- Supports accounts receivable, accounts payable and hourly payroll functions.
- Participate in the annual audit process.
- Provide accounting support to the corporate office.
- Assist with the billing process.
- Assists in the preparation and development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Enter and maintain fixed asset and leasing records.
- Support other Finance areas and handle additional duties as assigned.
What You BringEducation- Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
Key Skills for Success- Knowledge of core business and accounting principles, including the revenue cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently.
- Willingness to support peak business needs outside typical hours.
Travel & Work Environment - Office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing environments.
- Up to 5% domestic/international travel, including possible overnight stays; ability to obtain a passport required.
