Your Job

Molex is seeking a proactive, dynamic Finance Business Partner to support our manufacturing site based in Hudson, WI. Reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, you will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze financial results, deliver actionable insights, drive operational excellence, ensure financial discipline, and support the operations team in making decisions to achieve strategic objectives.

This role supports Hudson, WI operations and the connectivity NPI activity in Lisle, IL. Approximately 90% of the role is dedicated to supporting Hudson, WI, with the remaining 10% supporting NPI activities in Lisle, IL.

You will join our Hudson manufacturing plant, partnering closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams. You will also collaborate with other DSS plant teams to share best practices and improve business performance, could benefit from better way of communication and greater collaboration.

What You Will Do

  • Work as Finance Business Partner to carry out plant' s monthly closing cycle by performing various month-end reviews and analyses, ensuring financial information is recorded appropriately, and providing financial commentary related to plant performance.
  • Provide high level costing analysis and variance analysis around labor, materials, and overhead, identifying trends and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Plant Operations Leadership, provide insightful analysis and recommendations to improve operation performance and drive better decision making.
  • Knowledge shari ng around KPI performance and p rovide continuous finance training for the plant operations teams.
  • Champion and embed the Principle-Based Management (PBM) culture throughout the plants, promoting ethical decision-making and accountability.
  • Participate in ad hoc financial and operational projects as assigned to support business priorities and strategic initiatives.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a business-related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in costing, accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
  • FP& A background with experience of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
  • Experience leading financial evaluations of capital projects and asset investments.

  • Strong customer focus with analytical, financial, and economic thinking skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing organization .
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream, and/or Power BI (or similar tools) .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, organize, and self-monitor workload.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to express ideas and exchange information clearly and concisely across functions and levels within the organization.
