Night Shift Maintenance Technician 6PM-6AM

$29.50 starting wage, and $33.00 after 6 months of hire and continuous growth to earn even more!

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicianto join the Monroe team on our night shift 6pm-6am with a rotational schedule. (Training Hours May Vary)

The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance related issues within the facility.

• Perform duties related to preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs.
• Perform general maintenance on the facility, welding – sanitary and structural.
• Troubleshoot production equipment.
• Keep Management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Certified to drive the forklift.
• Must follow all LOTO, PRCS and all safety procedures.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors – on projects for the facility.
