Shift: Monday through Friday; 8: 00AM-4: 00PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage functions related to the weigh out /blending production schedules.
  • Maintain Weigh out and Blend schedules.
    • Ensure weigh out and blending plans align with packaging schedule.
    • Direct and sequence weigh out schedule for optimized production.
    • Direct and sequence blender schedule for optimized production.
  • Create and maintain Blend Work Orders and all associated documents including MMRs.
• Manage functions related to the weigh out/blending raw material availability.
  • Review raw material requirements and create Raw Material Picks from Port Edwards to meet Weigh out schedule.
  • Direct, sequence and prioritize picking to and from Port Edwards Warehouse.
  • Communicate with Quality, Procurement, and production as needed to ensure all materials and schedules can be met.

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years previous experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly MRP/System 21
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Self-driven to perform tasks with basic instruction or directions
