Essential Functions:

Feed printed, labeled, or plain corrugated sheets into the machine

Set up machin e center for production runs

Check quality for correct registe r and customer specifications

Monitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha's and our customer's quality standards (make sure color variations meet customer's standards)

Maintain a clean work area

Perform minor repairs to cutting boards

Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements - q uality is the responsibility of all employees

Perform other duties as assigned by management /supervisors

Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business

Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed

Ability to effectively work in teams

Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

Ability to read a tape measure/ruler

Good mathematical skills

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Rate:
Training $ 30.51
Qualified $ 32.80

3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)
6am to 6pm
