General Labor & Machine Assistants (Entry-Level - Paid Training)
Pay Rate: Pay increases as you train and qualify in different departments
Work Schedule:
Day and night shift opportunities available
Entry Level - Will Train
No experience required. Training is provided, with the opportunity to become forklift certified.
Position Overview
The general labor supports operations across multiple departments to help produce high-quality corrugated packaging products. This role involves working closely with machine operators, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Qualifications
Pay Rate: Pay increases as you train and qualify in different departments
- Training Rate: $24.52/hour
- Qualified Rate: $25.58/hour
Work Schedule:
Day and night shift opportunities available
- 6: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM
- 6: 00 PM - 6: 00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule

No experience required. Training is provided, with the opportunity to become forklift certified.
Position Overview
The general labor supports operations across multiple departments to help produce high-quality corrugated packaging products. This role involves working closely with machine operators, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with setup and material handling
- Remove and stack corrugated sheets from production equipment
- Feed materials into automated machinery
- Band and prepare finished products for shipment
- Support departments including Die Cut, Corrugator, and Joining
- Operate equipment such as unitizers, balers, and downstackers
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete required production paperwork and load ticketing
- Provide support across departments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
