Description:
• Create detailed structural packaging designs that meet customer and operational requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with specifications
• Produce prototypes and samples to support customer presentations and production validation
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Assist in developing specifications, diagrams, and documentation for production orders
• Participate in or lead product testing to validate design performance

Education & E xperience
• High school diploma required, associate's degree in design, engineering, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in structural design, packaging, or related discipline
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Proficiency in ArtiosCAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to design quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
• Primarily office-based
• Occasional travel may be required for customer visits, audits, or production support
