Job Description
Menasha Packaging is hiring a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator in Neenah, WI. This is a full-time position.
Pay: $23/hr
Hours: 2: 00PM-10: 00PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and complete required documentation.
- Supply production areas with raw materials and stock.
- Remove and record waste from production lines.
- Organize warehouse inventory using RF scanning technology.
- Move finished goods to designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare freight for outbound shipments.
- Assist with baler and bander operations as needed.
- Remove and weigh scrap bales.
- Change forklift propane tanks when necessary.
- Operate electric forklift charging stations.
- Complete daily forklift inspections at the start of each shift.
- Perform weekly forklift preventive maintenance, including cleaning and blowout procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous forklift experience in a production or manufacturing environment required.
- Experience loading and unloading finished goods and raw materials required.
- At least one year of forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment.
- Ability to pass a forklift driving test.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and personnel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and work documents.
- Ability to read a tape measure or ruler.
- Basic math skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and use RF scanning equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
